This first-floor villa offers a view of Silver Lake from the screened porch, a sizable living area with TV and single sleep couch, a full kitchen with bar and table seating, washer/dryer access, and wireless internet access. The bedroom has a King bed, TV, full bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, and access to the screened porch.

Linens and towels are supplied. No Smoking or Vaping. No Animals Accepted. min. Occupancy 3 Guests, including Kids.

Conveniences shared by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast guests include an outdoor pool, pool home with sauna. Outdoor shower, and wireless internet access in the Villa. The Castle Pool Season is mid April through October.

Savor complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Portsmouth B which offers an additional king and queen bed, bathroom offering tub with shower, and kitchenette.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
