A private boat dock and a roomy ground-level deck provide simple entry to the water for boating, clamming, swimming, and kayaking.
This home offers a cavernous first-floor open floor plan. The second floor features a den with a wet bar and mini-refrigerator and a reading getaway with broad water vistas.
