The Simpson House, part of the Ocracoke Historic Registry is old-fashioned, and cozy, but with modern updates and artistic details. Savor the appeal of this historic neighborhood, located near the Ocracoke Lighthouse, a pleasant walk to Silver Lake Harbor, and Springer's Point Nature Preserve. Unwind on the enormous front screened porch.

3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: 1 with King and private Bath, 1 with Queen, and 1 with a Twin over Queen bunk bed set.

First Floor: Open kitchen and dining area. Laundry area and Half Bath off the back of the kitchen with access to the back yard. Living room with intelligent TV, gas fireplace (off season only) and comfortable updated furnishings.

Second Floor: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Deck Acess with private Bath with Tub/Shower. Two additional bedrooms off the hallway, one with Queen and one with a Twin over Queen bunk set. Full bath in the hallway with tub/shower.
