New to OIR for 2025! This very private three bedroom, three bathroom home has a cavernous yard and beautiful view of the pond and marsh.

Appreciate the sounds of nature on the screened porch or open deck at this three bedroom home tucked away as the end of a private drive.

3 bedrooms, 3 full baths: First Floor Master with king with on suite bathroom with shower and tub. Second Floor Bedroom with Queen, Bedroom with Double and Full Bath with tub and shower.

Conveniences include central AC/Heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet, intelligent TV with Streaming only (no cable). Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer.

The exterior offers screened porch, gas grille, outdoor shower, picnic table, and covered paved sitting area under the home. The roomy yard has multiple sitting area including a hammock.

Sheets and towels supplied. Beds will be made or you arrival.

Partial stays are available with a 3 nighttime minimum two weeks prior to arrival date.

No family pets allowed. No smoking or vaping. No phone.

NO CITY WATER. (Non-potable treated and filtered well water and cisterns.) You will be supplied with two 5-gallon bottle of Culligan water each week. Additional bottled water can be purchased at the Ocracoke Variety Store.
