This family friendly Ocracoke Island vacation home is located on a canal with private deep water docking at your doorstep and handsome distant sound vistas. The huge open floor plan is great for family gatherings. Appreciate waterfront living complimented by generous decks, a picnic table and screened porch.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 2 with King, 1 with Queen. Loft with 2 Doubles.

Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 2 cable TVs and a DVD player. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers private boat dockage, bulkhead, decks, a screened porch, hot/cold outdoor shower, charcoal grille, and fish cleaning bench with water. Tandem kayak. Life jackets are not included, if you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist.

Dock accommodates a 25-30' boat.

Short Stays are available; there is a three-nighttime minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.

Located in Ocracoke, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Hatteras Landing Marina and Teach's Lair Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Outer Banks Beaches and Springer's Point Preserve. Ocracoke Pony Pens and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting. With motor boating and fishing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
