This first-floor studio has a King and Queen bed, TV, porch, wireless internet access, washer/dryer access, full bath with tub/shower, and kitchenette with toaster, mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and sink.
Linens and towels are supplied. No Smoking or Vaping. No Family Animals Accepted.
Conveniences shared by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast guests include an outdoor pool, pool home with sauna. Outdoor shower, and wireless internet access in the Villa. The Castle Pool Season is mid April through October.
Appreciate complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.
If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this studio with Portsmouth A which offers an additional private bedroom with a King bed and full master bath with a whirlpool tub with a separate shower. Savor a sizable living room with a sleeper couch, full kitchen, dining area, and screened porch with a harbor view.
Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
