This second floor villa offers a cavernous living area with big screen TV, DVD, freshly remodeled full kitchen with bar and table seating, screened porch with a limited view of the harbor, wireless internet access, and washer/dryer access. The bedroom has a King Bed, TV, DVD, screened porch access, and a full bath with a newly tiled walk-in shower.

Linens and towels are included. No Smoking or Vaping. No Family Animals Accepted.

Conveniences shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool home with a sauna.

Savor complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with North Point B which offers an additional Queen bed and Twin Sleeper Appreciate Seat, bathroom offering tub with shower, kitchenette, and would offer a combined total occupancy of 5 people, including kids.
