This first-floor villa offers a roomy living area with a cathedral ceiling, eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, a private poolside deck with furnishings, wireless internet access, and 2 TVs. The bedroom has a King bed, TV, whirlpool tub/shower, vanity sink, and washer/dryer closet. Off the hallway just outside the bedroom is a modest room with a toilet and pedestal sink.

Linens and towels are supplied. No Smoking or Vaping. No Animals Accepted. min. Occupancy 2 Guests, including Kids.

Conveniences shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April through October. Additional shared amenities include a pool home with a sauna. Outdoor shower.

Appreciate complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor with power hookups and a fish cleaning station. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

Breakfast is not included when staying in the Villas and is not an option through the Castle Bed and Breakfast.
