This 2 bedroom vacation home on Ocracoke Island offers two screened porches, one covered porch, and a sundeck. Retreat to the cupola to appreciate marsh and distant sound vistas. Tucked among the trees and overlooking the marsh, Xenia House offers a marvelous private vacation setting. Featuring a completely equipped kitchen and calming casual island decor this home is sure to provide outstanding vacation memories.

2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen, 1 with two Twins. Sleeper Couch in living area.

Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, cable TV and DVD player. Free wireless internet access. Washer and dryer.

The exterior offers two screened porches, deck, hammock, hot/cold outdoor shower and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking.

Ocracoke is home to this vacation home. British Cemetery and US Navy Beach Jumpers Memorial are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Hatteras Landing Marina and Teach's Lair Marina. Ocracoke Pony Pens and Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as fishing.

Sticking to a spending plan:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocracoke. To get the largest vacation home for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Ocracoke vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
