Ocra-Cork is located on a canal in Sound Shores with access to the Pamlico Sound. Savor the convenience of a dock with fish cleaning bench that includes sinks and running water. Ground level decking overlooking the dock and the canal. 'Widow's Walk' room and roof top deck with 360 degree vistas for spectacular sunrises, sunsets or nighttime stargazing. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: 1 with King, 1 with Queen, 1 with Pyramid (Queen in middle, Twin on top and an additional Twin trundle bed underneath). Loft area with 2 Twins and 2 three-inch thick twin foam beds. Sleep couch in the second floor living area. An additional hot/cold inside shower with double shower heads is located in the entry level. Conveniences include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, satellite TV and Blu-Ray DVD player. Washer and dryer. The exterior offers private *boat dockage, bulkhead, a sizable screened porch, decks, charcoal grille and fish cleaning bench. Covered parking for 2 cars. *This home does not provide linens.
