This unique open floor plan home offers a private location for your Ocracoke vacation. Located along a shallow canal at the end of the street, savor beautiful marsh vistas and wildlife! Indigenous trees and plants live throughout this private location. Private kayak access. 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths: A sliding barn door accesses the first floor Master Suite with King Bed and bath with shower. An iron spiral staircase leads to the second floor with one bedroom with a Double Bed and a bedroom with two Twins. The hallway bath has a whirlpool tub and shower stall. A first-floor sunroom features a wall of windows facing the marsh with vistas of the canal. Conveniences include complimentary wireless Internet access, one cable TV, mini-split central air conditioning/heat on the first floor and window AC and space heaters on the second floor, and ceiling fans. Dishwasher and microwave. Washer, and a clothes line (no dryer). The exterior offers decks and a park-style charcoal grille. Animals Accepted. No smoking/vaping. No linens included. Short Stays are available; there is a three-nighttime minimum. Property Layout: First Floor: Open kitchen, living, and dining area. A sliding barn door accesses the Master Suite with a King Bed and Master Bath with shower only. Second Floor: Bedroom with Double Bed. Bedroom with two Twin Beds. Hallway Bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. Bicycle Units, Beach Items, Cottage Items, and More! Linens, Bikes, Beach Items, Cottage and Infant Items, and more are available through Beach Outfitters. Advance orders of Beach Outfitters items can be made up until 5 pm, 2 days prior to your arrival by calling Ocracoke Island Realty.
