Down Point Duck Cottage is a three bedroom, two bath home originally constructed in the early 1940's and has freshly gone thru a complete remodel beginning in the spring of 2020. The home sits on a enormous, grassy lot located up a private path near the Ocracoke Lighthouse. The first floor has two bedrooms each with a queen bed, two full baths, kitchen, dining, living room, and laundry area. Upstairs is an additional tv area along with a third bedroom with two single beds. There is also a huge screened porch as well as a modest open deck overlooking the Ocracoke Lighthouse. Sheets and towels are not included however they may be rented for an additional rental fee.
