This first floor one bedroom, one bath villa offers a huge living and dining area and a full kitchen. Simple access to the shared pool and parking area.

Appreciate amenities like a screened porch, washer/dryer, dishwasher, complimentary wireless internet access and flat screen Intelligent TV.

Primary bedroom has a King bed, flat screen intelligent tv and private bathroom with soaking tub and shower. Living area has a double inflatable sleeper couch.

Sheets and towels are supplied. Beds are made for your arrival.

Conveniences shared exclusively by guests of The Courtyard Villas and The Castle Bed and Breakfast include an outdoor pool. The pool is open mid April to mid October. Additional shared amenities include a charcoal grille and pool home with a sauna.

Enjoy complimentary dockage at the Castle's floating docks on Silver Lake Harbor and a fish cleaning bench. Dockage is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please arrange for dockage in advance when making your Villa reservation.

If you have additional people in your group, you may combine rental of this suite with Shell Castle B which offers a Queen bed and twin sleeper couch, full bath, and would offer a combined total occupancy of 7 people, including kids.
