Strategically placed windows provide unparalleled vistas of nature, the salt marsh and distant Pamlico Sound. 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths: Three with Queen Bed and one with Daybed w/Trundle. The first floor offers four bedrooms: two master bedrooms with a private bath and queen bed. The third queen bedroom features a private covered porch. A comfortable fourth bedroom with daybed w/trundle (2 twins) could be used as an office by day. There is a third bathroom located off the first floor hallway. There are numerous outdoor decks and porches for your enjoyment; including an open deck off the living area, a private covered porch off the bedroom, a welcoming front porch and a roomy screened porch located off the kitchen with a spiral staircase leading to an open deck with marvelous expansive vistas of the distant ocean, lighthouse, sound and close by Southpoint Road. Each offer an outdoor escape, a place to gather with family or a peaceful space to savor a good book or savor your morning coffee.
