A comfortable fourth bedroom with daybed w/trundle (2 twins) could be used as an office by day. There is a third bathroom located off the first floor hallway. There are multiple outdoor decks and porches for your enjoyment; including an open deck off the living area, a private covered porch off the bedroom, a welcoming front porch and a cavernous screened porch located off the kitchen with a spiral staircase leading to an open deck with spectacular expansive vistas of the distant ocean, lighthouse, sound and close by Southpoint Road. Each offer an outdoor escape, a place to gather with family or a peaceful space to appreciate a good book or savor your morning coffee.
