Kith and Kin is a striking and unique three-bedroom old-style Ocracoke Island bungalow with a roomy screened porch and a second-story open-air cupola. Appreciate simple walking or cycling distance to Silver Lake Harbor, water sports, stores, galleries, and eateries.

3 Bedrooms, 1 full and 2 half baths: Main House: 1 bedroom with Queen and one bedroom with Bunk Bed. A futon in the living area offers flexible sleeping options. 1 full bath with shower and 1 half bath. The detached Barn offers 3 Twin beds and a half bath. The max. occupancy is seven people, including kids.

The Kith and Kin main home features a enormous open floor plan with French doors leading onto the cavernous screened porch. The first floor of the barn is a game room with a bedroom and half bath above.

Conveniences central heat and air conditioning (mini split systems), ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, and TV with basic cable service. Washer and dryer. Game Room.

The exterior offers a huge screened porch with dining tables and seating. Balcony-style deck, open-air cupola, park-style charcoal grille, and fish bench.
