About this Property

Kith and Kin is a Striking two bedroom old-style Ocracoke Island bungalow with voluminous screened porch and a second story open-air cupola. Located in a peaceful neighborhood with a distant sound view from the top outdoor space, this bungalow is a great choice for couples or a modest family. Kith and Kin offers smooth walking or cycling distance to Silver Lake Harbor, water sports, stores, galleries and multiple eateries.

The Main House has 2 Bedrooms, 1.5 Baths: 1 with Queen and 1 with Bunk Bed. Futon in living area. Full bath has shower only.

The main home includes a generous open floor plan with French doors leading onto the sizable screened porch. There is an additional available sleeping area, The Barn. The Barn is located above the garage (in a separate building) offering 3 twins and one half bath.

*If both units are rented, there is an additional $150/week charge (plus tax and optional trip insurance). If you would like to add The Barn to your holiday, please note in the special request section when making your reservation. One of our chummy staff will contact you for payment.

Conveniences include a wall air conditioning unit in the dining area and window units in the bedrooms, ceiling fans, wireless internet access (wifi available in main home only), a flat screen TV with DVD and basic cable service in the living room. The kitchen offers a microwave and dishwasher. Telephone.

The exterior offers a huge screened porch with picnic tables, outdoor space swing and ample seating. Outdoor spaces, open air cupola, outdoor shower, park style charcoal grille.
